Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Zalytics, a practice-management dashboard for independent mental-health therapists, provided by Zalytics LLC (“Zalytics,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
Zalytics helps solo therapists track license and continuing-education deadlines, insurance credentialing, insurance claim denials, and marketing performance in one place. Zalytics is a software tool for practice administration. It is not a substitute for professional, legal, billing, or clinical judgment, and it does not provide legal, tax, or medical advice.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be a licensed or pre-licensed mental-health professional (or acting on behalf of one) and at least 18 years old to use the service.
3. Connected accounts (Google, Meta, calendar, email)
Zalytics lets you connect third-party accounts — such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad accounts, your calendar, and your email — so it can display your own data back to you. These connections are read-only: Zalytics reads your advertising spend, campaign performance, and booking activity to show them in your dashboard. Zalytics does not create, edit, pause, or manage your ad campaigns, and does not post or send anything on your behalf.
Your use of connected services remains subject to those providers’ own terms and policies. You authorize each connection through the provider’s standard sign-in, and you can disconnect any connection at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access data that is not yours, interfering with the service’s operation, reverse-engineering it, or using it to violate any law or any third party’s rights or the policies of a connected provider.
5. Subscription and fees
Zalytics is offered as a paid subscription. Applicable fees, billing intervals, and any trial terms will be presented before you subscribe. You are responsible for the fees for your plan. We may change pricing on a going-forward basis with reasonable notice.
6. Your data and privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. In short: we do not sell your information, and Zalytics is built so that your clients’ identities never reach our servers.
7. Intellectual property
Zalytics and its software, design, and content are owned by Zalytics LLC. These Terms do not grant you any ownership of the service. The data you enter or connect remains yours.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that deadlines, denial guidance, or figures shown are complete or accurate for your specific situation. You remain responsible for verifying deadlines and requirements with the relevant licensing boards, payers, and platforms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zalytics LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits or missed deadlines, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the service.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes will take effect on a going-forward basis.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
